Mark English of E&A Team joins us to discuss the latest Department of Justice accessibility settlement and enforcement actions, and why it's important to read the fine print. He will share the recent actions by NCSHA and how it will potentially affect state LIHTC point systems and/or threshhold requirements. Steps to take before building new construction to prevent accessibility problems, and steps to take before rehabbing to prevent accessibility issues. Hear the benefits of voluntarily changing your accessibility practices.
